2013: Certificate of Trainer of Trainers from the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) Geneva (Switzerland);
2007: Master II of Research in International Law (International Security and Defense Studies option) from Grenoble Alpes University (France);
2005: Specialization Certificate in International Crisis Management from National School of Administration of Paris (France);
1999: Magister degree in Translation from Algiers (University Algeria);
1992: Bachelor in translation (Arabic-French, and English) from Algiers (University Algeria).

Professional Experience :

2022-2023: Lecturer on Strategic Studies at some agencies and institutions of the Algerian State;
2021-2023: Director of Vigilance and Strategic Studies at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad;
2016-2020: Minister Plenipotentiary in charge of Specific Issues at the Directorate General of Political & Security Affairs, and later at the Directorate General of Foresight and Studies;
2013-2015: Lecturer on Geopolitics and Geo-economics at the High School of Political Studies (University of Algiers);
2012-2016: Director of Studies & Research at the National Council for Human Rights (Presidency of the Republic) Algeria;
